Mr. Petersen founded Petersen Engineering in 1999 and has over 45 years of experience in the pipeline industry. His education includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rose Hulman Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Industrial Management from Purdue University. Mr. Petersen is registered as a licensed professional engineer in California, Washington, Virginia, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan. Charles has experience with crude oil; refined products; and natural gas pipeline projects including route selection, hydraulic analysis, material selection, cost estimating, economic and feasibility studies, hydrostatic test plans, operating and maintenance procedures, and project management.
Mr. Smith has over 15 years of experience in the oil, gas and energy industries with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and a Master in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. Jeremiah is a licensed professional engineer in Indiana, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan and Nevada. He has engineering experience with many project types including natural gas gathering, transmission, and distribution systems as well as those involving crude oil and refined products. Jeremiah’s specialties include piping design, metering, regulation, and project management.
Mr. Brown has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University and over 10 years of engineering experience in the oil & gas industry. Seth has a diverse range of experience from his tenure at Petersen Engineering including crude oil, products, and natural gas pipeline projects. He has performed engineering for pipeline routing, pumps, valves, meters, launchers/receivers, block valves, horizontal directional drills, decommissioning/recommissioning plans, and integrity management. His assignments have included project management, cost estimating, scheduling, and construction management.
